Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or marks
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.
Where applicable, standard delivery charges will be refunded. Express or premium shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

- Bodysuits without intact hygiene seals
- Items marked as Final Sale
